Calzaghe - Froch will never happen,

If it did Froch would get toatally schooled, probs be the Lacy fight all over again

  2. Definitely.

For me, Calzaghe beats Froch all day, 100 times out of 100, BUT, Froch has much bigger balls than Joe, no question.

If froch beats Kessler under the circumstances he's under then surely his victory over kessler outweighs Calzaghe?

I mean Frochs fighting at Kesslers backyard with no fans, hometown judges, WBA belt not on the line (why is that does anybody know) etc. Calzaghe fought Kessler at home on his own terms. With so many disadvantages taking such a scalp would surely outweigh Calzaghe

Yeah Froch doesnt give a **** who he fights

  5. I honestly think Joe would have made an excuse not to enter the Super Six had it happened 5 or 10 years ago.

To me, if Froch wins the Super Six he will most definitely have the better record AND resume out of him & Joe, but Joe will always be the more talented of the two. It's plain to see for me.

Yeah, this is basically it. I had Dirrell beating him but just an opinion.

  7. It's going to go in the history books though isn't it mate, it's done. Alot had Reid & Hopkins shading it against Calzaghe.

Yeah defo. That's just how it is. Personally i keep fights in my mind how i saw them and try to rate accordingly, but i know a lot of people actually scored that one as the judges did and Froch has the w, so that's that as you say.

  9. Dirrell Calzaghe would have been a decent little fight.

Kessler lost his WBA belt to Ward, he is now fighting for Froch's WBC.

I dont think it outweighs given Kessler was WBC/WBA undefeated champ at the time of fighting Calzaghe but it is probly similar given Kessler now has home advantage. He is however, comng of a dominating loss to Ward.

  12. He's a bit yellow though, that's my only fault in him. Like they say though, styles make fights, I couldn't see him running from Joe as Joe wouldn't go throwing desperate massive bombs, they'd both fancy the late stoppage most probably.

I'm guessing Kessler's WBA belt isn't on the line because Ward beat him for it ;)

Under the circumstances as you point out, I would rate it at best to about even to Calzaghe's victory over Kessler (unless Froch's performance is clearly better than what Joe's was). Kessler was unbeaten, had just done a job on Andrade and was number 2 in the division only behind Calzaghe. Now he has been defeated twice, looks more vulnerable, lost his last fight and his last big win is still the Andrade one.

It really comes down to how well Froch does against Kessler though. Say, for example, he stops him early, then his win will eclipse Calzaghe's in my opinion.

Yeah, despite the 'slaps' everyone goes on about, Calzaghe is a proper boxer who takes centre ring and does it properly.

Anyway, i'm off now mate, later.

Froch will stop him and expose him and Calzaghe.
