Don't forget he also said he wouldn't do meaningful fights. Well, he has his place in semi-final, that's not meaningful. Bute is waiting for him, Pascal is waiting for a rematch. Froch may lose but he will stay in the tournament.

I've always felt since after the Kessler loss that he'd retire should he lose to Abraham. Then he'd come out of retirement in 18 months or so to re-match Pascal at light-heavy. If Abraham should lose, I just get the feeling that he will fight on in the tourney like the badass he is.
