Look all people are more or less biased but I'm not so proud of Froch as white European. He is a tough guy but a poor boxer and is extremely overrated by British fans who are in a search for new hero and don't like Khan(guess why). Froch will lose every time he fights a guy that can think and move and doesn't stand in front of him in a worst way that Pavlik lost to B-Hop. I respect Froch but he has severe limitation lets start with the fact that he protects his knee cup more than his chin. So get lost with you racial **** not all people are bound to love a certain boxer. It's like all the idiots that state that if you don't think that FLoyd is the GOAT you are a resist. But we live in free countries and we can chose who to like and not to like without being jugged for that

Nothing to do with race, quite a bit to do with being American.

If Dirrell was British, the Yanks would be going crazy on here saying how boring he was, how he ran all night, how he held all night, how he fell down and bitched to the ref when Froch hit him on the back of the head after Dirrell repeatedly ducked below the waist.

Furthermore, American tv wouldn't touch Dirrell with a barge pole for many years(see Junior Witter) after such an appalling effort.

Andre Ruiz-Bolt has all the ability in the world, but lacks the heart to make effective use of it. Ruiz-Bolt blew his big chance and he knows it

If he was African American he would not be as famous nor would be considered "classy" in that fight against Dirrell.
America is not a hotbed for African American boxers this particular era. They are not as famous and in such high supply. You can count on your hand (not plural) how many are household names. Try it. Froch won, it was an ugly fight, some people had it one way, others had it different. That is why he won a "split decision".

Your point is not accurate. People in USA found Dirrel boring. I did too, and for once, I thought Froch would win. Damn! I'm always wrong with him. Anyway, Dirrel was of course boring and ran all night. That doesn't change the fact he should have won.

Nah....froch doesn't have the style or talent to outclass Dirrell. he has the heart and agressive nature to out fight Dirrell which he did for the most part but Andre and Carl did nothing to impress. Both showed key differences with thier style and game that benefits them but neither did anything to really impress. Stop with pulling the race card bro...it has nothing to do with the dismal performance by both.

I dont think the opposing views of the fight have anything to do with race or nationality.
I'm white and British and Dirrell deserved the nod. Despite his holding and complaining he deserved the decision.

It comes down to clean punches landed. Quantity and quality.

I repeat, Clean punches landed. Quantity and Quality.

Call me old-fashioned but that's how I score my boxing.

Andre was giving the moniker of being a runner by the american public brah....... After his fight with Curtis they said the same exact thing about this kid. He's super talented with a lot of potential but he showed that he's not consistantly using the gifts and talent he definitley has for what ever reason. Being american has nothing to do with how MOST viewed the fight with Carl....there are many brits who feel the same way that the fight was boring but Dirrell won. I think Carl won by a point but should have been a draw.
