The idea that Fury would actually follow through and go through two fights each with live bodies like Usyk and Joshua is just laughable at this point.

The problem isn't that accomplishment the problem is the era he accomplished it in and the level of dominance he had. The value of the acheivement you described varies wilderly(pun intended).

Also Fury was the disputed champion for most of his reign. He was usually considered the "real champ" but there was always someone else with a belt running around.

Surely that point could also be made against any of todays top ten Heavyweight fighters .

Wherever he is ranked he is still behind his nemesis John McDermott

Besides a win over Wlad in one of the most boring lineal HW title fights Fury has a trilogy win over Wilder, and that's basically it.
And Fury is still a star. Two wins over Usyk plus two wins over AJ would launch him into immortality.
In that scenario Fury enters the HW ATG Top 10 and stays there.
Due to the specifics of the situation (undefeated and undisputed), many would compare him to Marciano, and this is already the case for the Top 5.

    Fury top 10 ATG.

BUT HE AINT GETTING PAST USYK.

who after he slays Fury 2x, Parker and then Hrgovic (if he's still around) will enter top 15 based on body of work across 2 divisions

Ranked number 1 as a coward and a cheater. Nothing else. The guy lost to Ngannou, so his legacy is finished. They are also trying to crock and screw Usyk. And he is always going to duck AJ, and never fights him. He needed 2 years to duck a small "middleweight" by his own words, how many years do you think will take him to make the AJ fight ?

He is only fighting Usyk, cause he think he can cheat Usyk out, judges and ref is in his pocket, and he think he can lean on Usyk all night and refs allow him to do so.

He ain't fighting AJ, as he knows he won't get this advantages, and AJ can KO him with any shots he want.

While we're on best case but unlikely hypotheticals ... what if at the same time ... Fury became General Secretary of the UN and brought about an era of World Peace?

If, if, if. He won't beat Usyk and he'll never fight Joshua, so he'll end up way outside any ATG list.

If he did, he'd still be outside any top 10 list. He really isn't all that good.

    Best wins would be:

Klitschko ( four months off forty)
Usyk ( Cruiser weight, who had five heavyweight fights)
Wilder ( More hyped than was merited...no v.good wins)
AJ ( Decent but not great win)

He definitely doesn't crack my top five.
    Nor probably my top ten.

IF. he manages what the OP says, probably a top twenty, maybe even top15.

I don't think he would win all four of those fights.
Possibly a mixed bag of wins and losses.

If he did make those four fight, I would bet more on four losses than four wins.

But they're both interesting opponents, and if he fights both, it should give us a pretty good idea of the best three or four since Prime Wlad, and the order they should be ranked.

    1. Muhammad Ali
    2. Joe Louis
    3. Lennox Lewis
    4. George Foreman
    5. Rocky Marciano
    6. Larry Holmes
    7. Joe Frazier
    8. Mike Tyson
    9. Sonny Liston
    10. Wladimir Klitschko
    11. Jack Dempsey
    12. Jack Johnson
    13. Evander Holyfield
    14. Ezzard Charles
    15. Harry Wills

It's very hard to properly rank Fury even in the best scenario of his later career
