I thought it was an either-way due to Joshua being mentally damaged and Fury being physically declined, but after the Usyk-Dubois-Joshua-Fury fallout, it really is looking like Joshua is in last place. And the talk of fighting Jake Paul... Hope I am wrong. I am one of those who thinks that AJ has been very good for boxing and has mostly acted honorably.
I think Fury is finished with boxing unless he gets offered another go at Usyk. There isn’t really another exciting fight for him to take that’s worth the risk at his age
I think Joshua has been good He seemed to actively go for the big fights, seemed to get on with it without too many issues. Had to have 3 different fights to win his 3 different world titles I think both Joshua and Fury have been great for British Heavyweight boxing
I just don't have any faith that he would come back and beat a top contender to get another crack at Usyk. History shows is this is not the Fury way. Far more likely, IMO, is that he will either stay retired - or come back against a very safe opponent and try to talk his way into another title fight.
I don't think anyone has said it was. That doesn't detract from it being a good win though Whyte was the number 1 contender, had waited a long time for his shot, was (although im not saying he may not have lost to some other contenders) in the top 5 and had one of the best resumes in the division at that time
I'm not sure why you would think that? I was thinking more alone the lines that Fury has delayed or pulled out of various fights in the past
It’s about the money most often. Joshua/Fury were and still are the money men. Usyk lost the fight with Joshua or fury you think he gets another chance? Who has been the money man that wasn’t from the Anglosphere in recent times ?
If Fury puts his ego aside he should fight AJ and Dubios I know both fights have lost most their shine but they would still be entertaining fights and I would back a fully switched on Fury to stop them both.
