Obvious choice - Anthony Joshua - but it will be the same as Usyk, hype withouth fight Most likley - Winner of Joyce/Zhang What if Hrgovic wins against Usky, unlikley that it is - would Fury do unification By this dynamic - Fury could hold WBC belt for the long time, he could even face Jared Anderson
I dont think he will face a real boxer again. If he does its someone he knows he can beat, like Andy Ruiz who is high in the wbc ranking. Or maybe Dubois claiming he is the real champ. Bit my money would be an on non boxer again like Jon Jones.
Fury will never fight Usyk. He can fight anyone and nobody will do anything about it. I just want to see interesting fights, and since Usyk has two mandatories, Fury will have to fight someone like Makhmudov to keep things alive.
I don't think Fury will ever face Usyk. In fact, he is pretty much done with his active boxing career. The WBC won't do anything about him, he can still parade around for a year or two as their paper champion, charging casuals for exhibitions. There will be a rematch with Ngannou, then a match and a rematch against Jon Jones etc. Fury won't fight anyone with a pulse in a boxing ring ever again.
I think part of the reason Fury is not unifying because he doesn’t want to deal with all kinds of mandatory’s 4 different organizations will throw at him. Ofcourse he could just win the belts and then drop them.
As long as the fake champ holds that belt, people will care. The moment Fury is stripped, nobody will remember him.+
I rather have him film Netflix documentaries and fight show fights in Saudi then have him fight fabricated mandatories like Dubois.
Fury will fight where the money is and if the money isn't enough he won't fight Needs $100m to fight Usyk and looks like the Saudi's are happy to give it to him
So the fight isn't signed anymore? So the November fight is off? So the Jan/Feb fight is off? So you were wrong...this whole time?
Fury has signed a $1 billion contract with Saudi for 3 fights, which are still TBC. Top runners seem to be Manuel Charr, John McDermott and Zilli Zang
