If Fury keeps to the same diet he`s been on will he shift more weight by the rematch?

Tyson Fury lost two whole pounds between the Pianeta fight in August and the Wilder fight in December.

I'll be surprised if he comes in lighter. I imagine it'll be right around the same weight, or heavier.

When he was active, he was heavier. He was 260+ for Chisora II and Hammer when he was 26.

I think he should improve his conditioning and stamina, but I don't think he should lose more than a couple more pounds. His weight was effective and he should concentrate on utilizing it more next time.

I think if he can make the proper adjustments; train himself to dip less, clinch a bit more, be a bit more active, and a bit better conditioned, he will score a late rounds KO of Wilder.

Fury should lose body fat and get rid of the love handles but should stick to 256 lbs as it works for him and he can handle it

I know that. I was talking in an ideal world if he wanted to be in optimum shape.
