If Fury loses tonight will he become another Buster Douglas?

We wont know, Fury may have a rematch clause and if somehow Wilder wins in late rounds i don't believe Fury will retire as long as he's motivated.

Even in a loss Wilder is a very winnable fight for Fury no matter how many times they fight which I believe Fury would win 4 out of 5 times...I hope one of those 4 are tonight.

He was 231.5lbs vs Tyson and 246lbs vs Holyfield that's only 14.5lbs difference not 30lbs.

Fury vs Wlad was 247lbs and now 256.5lbs a 8.5lbs difference.

While Fury has trained harder for this he's also been inactive far longer than Douglas was and Douglas didn't balloon up to anywhere near the weight Fury did. If Fury does lose he might very well be compared to Douglas as a one hit wonder.

if we are being fair, its wlad who has the proven track record of running gibbering from rematches, though the ones he gets pasted in. such as the one he lost to fury.

Wasn't that because he knew he was going to get busted for the wild boar he ate . I honestly can't remember the timeline here. He got injured, then failed a drug test, then had a breakdown?

    Nah, different parallels.

I actually think the Fury story becomes more obscure if he loses tonight. More inactivity then a domestic dust up or two before fading away.

And if Wilder loses he becomes the next Michael Grant. My guess is that Tyson outboxes Wilder but I hope I'm wrong cause a Wilder win is better for boxing.
