IF Fury retires ... will you miss him?

How long do you think his retirement will last?

 

He has entertained casual boxing fans with his inactivity.
But I definitely give credit for his entertaining fights with wilder, and usyk (this fight was made thanks to turki-so credit to the new Arabs too)

 

One of boxings brightest characters. He's been in some cracking fights as well.

 

He has given us a few cracking fights and that shouldn’t br forgotten

 

Until he is offered 9 figures for Joshua and he will be back in a f.....g flash

Too risky to wait, as Aj could lose again and the fight will take another hit

A less likely plan could be if Dubois beats Parker and Fury/Warren make the fight for another belt. Maybe Fury would try to force an undisputed with usyk,but usyk has already proven better twice

I think he will fight Joshua in the summer

I know I am in the minority but I no longer care for the fight. I hate fights that are years overdue. It was awful for floyd/Pac and they were still arguably the number 1 and 2 p4p and certainly top 2 of their division. AJ and Fury are not numbers 1 and 2 in their division

Of course if the fight is made and the closer it gets, there will be hype, but it I swear on my life, right now I couldn't care less if either guy fights again.

 

Fury legit won the titles in the squared circle, for that i admire him, as i so often say anyone winning a legit world title has achieved more that 99.9% of their fellow pugilists.

However will i miss all his pseudo mental elf, trash talking, clogging the division etc crap 100% NO!!

After the win against Wlad he could have ruled the division for eons, but once he ran from the Wlad rematch with his variety of excuses etc, the writing was on the wall for the true character of Fury.

So no shall not miss him at all.

 

I'm sure the butcher that Fury got his "boar meat" from may suffer as well.

 

No I shall not miss him nor will boxing because he became an insufferable bore.

 

Why did the country’s support of him and turning him into a hero not ever bring this up?

He did a far better job of facing his contemporaries than Fury. That's not up for argument

Guys from his era like Chisora and Fury fought well into the current era so nostalgia seems unlikely

From a promotional standpoint yes.

We lack boxers with charisma.
