For obvious now reasons the rematch never came off. But... What if the fight had actually happened and Fury had somehow dragged himself in to the ring? Now, Ive respect for what Fury did and to come back against Wilder but I'm certain that he'd have being hammered by Wlad.. Proba, bly. Question is with a Klitchko win, what would have played out next and how's it affect the division?
I'm not sure wlad had any answers. Manny used to be screaming at him to pull the trigger and wlad would always freeze. We never saw the best wlad in the ring. Possibly after Joshua fight learnt his lesson, but he wouldn't have operated like that in a fury rematch.
It's a little hard to say, if Fury gets in the ring a physical and emotional mess then anything could happen. And seeing how he was against AJ, idk, I can see a Wlad win. And then if that was the case then it totally changes the last few years in the division. Fury no longer the lineal champ, Wlad s back and God knows who he fights next.
