honestly i dont think big george would have or could have beaten evander. there are to many style indifferentials. turn back the clock 10 to 15 years and the same result will surface. evander at that moment was and will always be a stylistic nightmarefor george. evander threw too many punches for the big mans few. to answer your question though, if george found a way(which he wouldn't have) then evander could've walked away knowing that he had just lost to the washed up version of a legend.

I rank Foreman #4. He is grossly underrated in terms of achievements/rankings and in terms of H2H.

I couldnt put it better myself...it would have been the Norton fight revisited...maybe making it to round 3. Again..prime Foreman..and believe it or not, I think 2/90 Buster Douglas would have had the best chance, along with Lennox Lewis, of course, but Tyson, Bowe, Holyfield..these guys would have been devoured by prime Foreman.

I have Muhammad Ali, Joe Louis, Rocky Marciano, Lennox Lewis, Mike Tyson and Larry Holmes ranked ahead of him.
If Foreman had beaten Evander Holyfield I think they would have a rematch right away. I don't think Foreman would have out pointed Holyfield so lets asume that he stops him late in their first match and dose the same in the rematch. (WTKO 11 and WTKO 10) After that would be Larry Holmes. I think at some point Holmes would get over condfent and Foreman would take advantage.(WKO10) Riddick Bowe is next. A win over Bowe would be a big boast to Foreman's ATG ranking. However it is not to be. Bowe is strong enough to take Foremans shots and good enough to delever shots of his own. (L 3-9). At this point Foreman could retire. He has two wins over Holyfield and a win over Holmes who was coming off his win over Ray Mercer. Bowe at the time was as good as any heavyweight there was so there is no shame in losing to him. The wins over Holyfield and Holmes are nice wins but I don't know that they push his rankings up. Had he decided to fight on after losing to Bowe he may have faced Alex Stewart. In their real life match Stwart gave Foreman a tough fight. I think the same thing happens hear. (W 6-4). The bout with Tommy Morrison is hear. Lets say he is able to win. It would probbly be by stoppage. (WKO 7). After this he faces Michael Moorer. I think this fight and the rest of his career would play out like it dose in real life. He would have leapfroged Holmes in my rankings.

This is like asking if Butterbean found a way to beat Tyson, Lennox, Holyfield, Bowe, how would he be rated. He couldnt find a way because he wasnt good enough, neither was Foreman then. Foreman is lucky he beat a chinny weak HW champ. I'm not convinced Foreman would be good enough to beat Holyfield in his prime, Holyfield's chin, skill and pressure would make it an interesting match up.

Nobody asked if you thought a old Foreman could beat a prime Holyfield. I said if he did would people give him more credit. Holyfield also claimed Foreman hit him harder than any other person he fought. Foreman could of knocked out Holyfield.

Michael Moorer had a glass chin but Archie Moore didnt? Only 3 fighters knocked out Moorer, all of them top level fighters. He was knocked down by people like Bert Cooper who was a huge puncher but he got up and won. Foreman beat a undefeated world class fighter when he was past his prime and you still find some fault in it?

Yet I never seen somebody put down Marciano for fighting a wash up Moore, Walcott and Louis. Simply Amusing.

No. He would recieve no credit whatsoever for that win. Obviously.

Are you ****ing stupid? Marciano gets persistantly mugged on this forum for exactly that reason.

    Mong.

LOl Marciano gets mugged? I would ask if you were stupid but we both know the answer. Every single thread on this forum is either one praising latinos, hispanics or asians or people prasing Marciano.

    :rofl

Hahahahahaha Jesus, you really are serious, aren't you? You think black fighters are under-represented on the forum and that this is caused by prejudice? ****stick.

    Look here morphodite:

    http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=159227&highlight=marciano+lewis

This is a thread I started about a Magazine article in the UK. The article attacks both Marciano and Lewis. LEWIS is broadly defended in the thread, whereas MARCIANO's attackers are supported in places (see especially post #2.

Your racial crusade against this forum is MADE UP IN YOUR OWN HEAD, probably by the same odd part of your brain that makes you think Joe Louis isn't "black enough" and Foreman is God.

    Why don't you **** off?
