Thirdly, Groves is a good fighter but he isn't great and his loss to Jack proves this. It was a decent pair of victories in which Froch went virtual life and death.

Lastly if by becoming an ATG you have to beat fellow P4P fighters if Golovkin beats Canelo, a more proven fighter imo than Kovalev does GGG become an ATG in your book?

 

Since when? ATG HWs Bowe , Tyson , Lewis and Holyfield had no problems making the p4p list. No HWs have made it since because they've all been bums.
Name me a post Lewis HW outside K2 that deserved a p4p ranking?

Funny you mention Bowe who outside of Holyfield has one of tge worst resumes I can think of for an alleged top heavyweight.

Yes his legacy is solidified but there are still fights out there that he can make and should make because now its about his all time status. Ive given him full credit for his win over Kov so again your attaching someone elses opinion to me. Hard for me to be a jealous online hater if im a ward fan. Canelo has 2 MW fights. He fought the legit MW champion of the world. At MW for the MW title.

He then defended that title at 155. In the MW range. Fight number 2. And most recently he fought at SMW.

After beating Cotto, Golden Boy, K2, and the WBC all agreed each fighter could have 1 interim fight before Canelos mandatory against GGG. GGG chose a lightly regarded, but still a ranked MW of his own, while Canelo chose a WW.

Canelo then gave up his title to go back down to 54.

Fact is, Canleo could have fought several ranked MW fighters other than the champ he defeated but chose 3 fluff fights instead.

And..let me say as a GGG fan, I believe ward beats GGG at 175.

Golovkin is a great fighter as an amateur and a pro.....................he should not stoop so low as to fight SOB, unless there are neutral judges, referee, boxing commission and neutral venue, otherwise, stay away from criminals.....................they have proven themselves as such..............

 

Everybody talks about alts etc. I always wonder how much of this is paranoia and how much it really happens. I've been accused of being an alt before which I've always found absurd since no one really posts like me. But I'm sure it happens, I'm always surprised to see familiar posters getting banned and I'm sure some turn to an alt to post. Although I doubt too many have multiple Alta going while they are active.

I'd be interested to know just how many of the posters on here have been banned at some point in time. Might help show how many alts there likely are.
