You're acting like Canelo invented the catchweight.

NO doubt we all agree catchweights should not be allowed, but it's a commonplace practice now and we either live with it for the meantime
or put our principles in place and stop watching boxing if a catchweight fight is involved.

Furthermore, for those of you who have no clue, 155 is part of the MW weight range. A catchweight negotiation here simply means that both are trying to gain the advantage and unfortunately for GGG, Canelo holds the better hand.

If the fight doesn't materialize because both parties were not able to meet in the middle then both can be accused of ducking.

Why on earth would two 160 lb. titleholders fight each other at 155?

THe majority thought Canelo won and the judges scored it correctly so
the rightful and official winner of that fight is Canelo and what does that have to do with any of this.:bart

Canelo is the one who is ducking and faking like he is too small to fight GGG, yet he comes in the ring at basically the same weight as GGG does. It shouldn't matter if GGG comes in at 160 and he weighs in at 155 because on fight night they will both weigh about the same. Canelo just don't want that ass whooping and I can understand that because it would be a sad day for the GB family.

    Not at all ...

El Pollo Canelo claims to be the Lineal MIDDLEWEIGHT Champion of the World He should prove his own Mexican people wrong for calling him THE CHICKEN by fighting Gennady Golovkin at 160 pounds weight limit not the ludicrous 155.
But he wont Ne wouldn't fight Gennady at 155 either he'd find some pathetic excuse not to. Canelo is NOT a Middleweight champion he is a cowardly CHICKEN. He is a second Mayweather Bawk Bawk :patsch:good:hi:

It's your inability to grasp your own hypocrisy that makes you look like an idiot when discussing the issue of Canelo/GGG and catchweights.:deal

GGG doesn't have to agree to ****.It's not a matter of them agreeing or not agreeing on weight.WBC rules clearly state he doesn't have to fight below 160. He will get the title whether Canelo fights him or not. People look at Canelo as a coward if he hands over his belt instead of fighting for it.....not the other way around

If you class expecting a supposed world middleweight champion to defend his title at the Middleweight limit of 160 as hypocritical
then its YOU that is the idiot here
Let El Pollo come in at 155 if he wants Gennady will come in at 160 That's fair isn't it??
