164 is perfectly fine for a cw non title fight, I understand your level of ignorance can't comprehend the massive differences between the two.

Par for your weak ass views

Did you just become a casual trolling boxing fans? Makes perfect sense.

Ggg does not have to accept anything lower than 160 and, in his next fight ggg he will be getting the mw championship no matter what.

Ummm do you not know the rules?? GGG is Canelo's mando which means he doesn't have to agree to anything below 160 per WBC. If Canelo chooses not to fight GGG over the weight issue he will be stripped of his title.Did you seriously not know that?

Alright you two CLOWNS, I'm taking you to task for trying to pull "facts" out your ass. Show me the WBC rules that clearly state the quote you posted.:hi:

I think both sides of the argument have some validity to it, on the one hand GGG was the one who until called on it said anyone 154-68 can get it. Its not unreasonable to want/expect him to follow through with it, when given the opportunity for his biggest fight.

On the other hand technically Alvarez is a MW Champ and it's completely reasonable to expect a MW Unification to take place at the MW Limit. Neither is really right it wrong in there position its all a matter of who you choose to side with or your agenda.

Just to be clear, the MW limits are 155(low end) and 160(top end) so the fight can take place anywhere between those limits and still be considered a MW fight.:deal

Maybe you should see what WBC said about weight between Cotto Geale catch weight and if Geale came in at 160. and quit acting stupid MW title fight you can weigh 120lbs if you wanted to the maximum weight is 160 there is no minimum in professional boxing hence floyd held a title at 154 despite fighting at 147. :patsch

It's a mandatory. Golovkin can turn up weighing 160, and demand the fight and 25% of the purse. If Canelo doesn't like it he can kiss his belt goodbye.

Per WBC:"Every fight is scheduled to a certain weight category . For a fight to be recognized under such weight category both boxers must make the weight within the limit of the division in the official weigh in ceremony."

And I'm the one acting stupid:nut

You really are clueless lol. GGG can weight to 160 if he chooses. Canelo has no say in it. That's the wbc's mandatory rules for any division. If Canelo refuses then he will be stripped
