GGG handlers believe anything over 250,000 is a success. I'm not sure about that. If he doesn't hit 400 k

He would be ducked by Canelo for another year.cause he's not a draw

I believe Cotto vs Canelo does over 2 mill... If that happens and GGG can't break 400 k, that fight against the winner isn't happening at 160

    No more 60/40 Ward talk

The number of buys will just affect the purse split against Canelo.

So immature this propagandistic use of nicknames to dehumanize and discredit fighters, it really says a lot about the posters who constantly resort to them, your insecurities are showing. Especially when the fighters in question don't merit this kind of deriding or insults. The Mule? Grow up.

Most of these people do NOT have much of a life outside of Boxing Forums, their lives depend on the success of complete strangers in order to give them satisfaction. This is why I do not support the current American Welfare program, many of these people will be left without a source of income if these hand outs get eliminated, thus forcing them to find work, and spend less time on the net.

I agree to a certain extent however the physically and mentally disabled are in need of that safety net and others as well in some cases. None of these programs are perfect and the recipients of the benefits should be a little more carefully vetted.

Not even a Golovkin fan but I believe 250K would be a success. I think he would continue to be ducked by Cotto if Cotto wins whether
    he sells 250k or 650k.

I agree, there are some that deserve it and really need it. We need a welfare police to come around and check up on people, but that would seem too much like the Gestapo :patsch

The only people who think a nick name like , " the mule" is offensive is those who never participated in physical sports growing up.

    Cheerleaders I suppose lol

I agree, the Mule is pathetic, but still not as bad as Lil G, Triple Duck or Bumlovkin

Bull**** you meant it as an insult. This dumbass thread is just another in a endless series of increasingly nationalistic and racist attacks on an exciting fighter who the fans have genuinely taken to and want to see as opposed to Ward who does nothing but bore them. And no amount of propaganda is going to stop that, but its not like any of you will stop trying, its making you feel insecure, stop it you're acting like a petulant child and its showing more and more with your stupid chiding nicknames.....its you who needs to stop crying and I'm not loling.

250,000 PPV buys may not seem a lot compared to some but that's $12.5 million in PPV revenue before the live gate, that's far more than Golovkin has been generating prior to this fight.

Anything over 300K would be good considering Canelo/Martinez did 350K, anything over 350K would be amazing considering Mayweather did 365K for his first PPV.

If this PPV pulls 300,000 or more it will be a big hit for all parties:deal
Let's face it GGG is slowly building a fan base of casual fans thanks to HBO

I have guys that only know Floyd/PAC and Cotto asking me about GGG. I WAS IMPRESSED:D

Yeah probably, but it should be considered there are far to many scamming the system in this country, whereas the ones truly in need are being deprived.
