If GGG was a black American, he would be called the 2nd coming of Hagler

yeah i don't get it at all. Ward is everything you want from a fighter except for going out and putting his health on the line to please fans. But he's very respectful, ducks nobody, cleans out his division and gives back to his fans, family and community

I think some would because of his orra of never been hurt, long arms and general physical stature similar to Hagler, that strong jab and willingness to fight anyone. Well even if Golovkin is not black, I think if he could have a good streak of title defenses like Hagler, that comparison will come.

I think because he's white he's getting overhyped far more. his hype is ridiculous, people always looking for the great white hope. Not since Bute have we seen such overhypedness and at least with Bute he was destroying B level dudes which Golovkin still hasn't done.

GGG is a pleasure to watch and likely the 2nd or 3rd best MW but he needs to prove it! Him being white is adding to his hype, not taking away from from it! Dude literally hasn't done ****. I wouldn't be surprised to see him vs a joke of a JMW like Kirkland next.

    Yeah, he certainly would.

He would be even more hyped if he ever beats a live opponent or even a middleweight for that matter!!!!!

Please. GGG has a ton of buzz right now, before even proving that he's worth it.

By the time Hagler was GGG's age, he had already beaten Duran and Hearns.

****, Broner has the better resume right now at the age of 23.

I like Broner and all but there are around a dozen fighters who I enjoy watching just as equally. I like the choke pics, that's all.

Dispute what I said. I'm all ears.

Who called Golovkin Eastern European? Did you ever see a world map? Golovkin's country is 16 hour flight from Eastern Europe.
