If Golovkin were blessed to be a Mexican instead of Russian, his fan Mexican fan base would BOO him every time he dared to step in the ring with the bum calibre of opponents he's been facing.
If he were Mexican his fan base would definitely be far less than either Chavez, less than JMM, less than even Jessie Vargas.

I think if he were Mexican his fan base would be on par with a Alfredo Angulo.

Funny, they didn't boo Canelo for stepping in with Khan or Smith.
