In my experience, the only people that want him to move up, are Floydboys who went out and found white guy, to "give the treatment EVERYONE gives Floyd". Which is, continue going up in weight until you get knocked out.

Obviously not everyone wanted Floyd to move up. When you are the man in your division, you stay and rule your division (weightclasses under lightweight being excluded). With only a Superfight against another champion having you move up. (Examples, Floyd vs Martinez or GGG vs Ward.)

One of the biggest pile of **** I've ever read on this forum.

After a fighter is done conquering his division he is supposed to move up to conquer the division above. Thats what the guys like Bradley, Pac, Mayweather and champions in the past have done.

Roy Jones Jr who started his career below Golovkin went on to fight at heavyweight. So did James Toney who started his career at 160.

Cotto the guy Golovkin is eager to fight did so by moving up to middle. Cotto started his career at 140 and now fighting middle. Guys like Floyd, Bradley, and Pac are not fighting close to natural weight.

You're a typical Golovkin apologist. Afraid he will be exposed once he moves up to a mere 8 pounds. No one is asking him to cruiserweight.

PS. Golovkin is not a small middleweight.

. Bradley was at 140 and still had work with Khan but he moved up for a Pac fight, cause it was worth more money.

Your comment about Cruiderweight was funny to me... So these guys say he should stay at 160, yet he himself wants to fight Chavez Jr.... who IS a Cruiserweight. So to add to your point, none of us are asking him to fight a cruiser... he is CHASING it. Last time I remember that if a guy was willing to go up to fight a guy like Chavez or Froch, but not Ward... that was called cherry picking around these parts.

Edit: also to the fools that called him a small middleweight... uh... he was 173lbs on fight night. Not what I would call small.

In the near future quality fights that are likely to happen:

Within 6 months - Murray in Monaco for big money may be on the horizon since he signed with a wealthy South African promoter who regularly puts on the Monaco shows and that seems like their endgame.

Within 8 months - Possible unification the Korobov-Lee winner

Within 10 months - Cotto/Canelo winner will have to fight him or vacate

Within 12 months - fast tracked prospects like Murata, Khytrov, probably Derevyanchenko could be in contention

Outside possibilities are Chavez, Andrade, Lara, N'Dam.

If what the WBC/WBA/IBF have been outlining at their meetings come to fruition then there will be a unification tournament next year but even without that 2015 looks pretty decent for GGG.

GGG wrecks all of them, there cannot be anticipation or build up for any of those fights. K2 need to throw a bunch of money at Froch and fight him in the UK early next year.

Yeah maybe, N'Dam's a Frenchman so Monaco would be a good spot for that fight too.

Haymon can't keep the IBF in-house, they're too strict with mandatories.

Difference with Floyd is he won't even fight the best in his own division.
