If Golota had not have fouled Bowe, and had got his head straight

It wouldnt change much, because those loses were still treated as wins. He immediatelly got recognition and shots at the best at HW while Bowe went to obscurity.

 

Damn dude you need to watch those fights again. Golota DOMINATES throughout, especially in the first fight. Second fight Bowe lands some good shots but not enough to support your thesis.

Only Golota knows why he kept throwing low.

As for the original question, even if he beats Bowe he still gets hammered by Lewis in his next fight.

 

He was very talented. Very underrated too as a fighter.

But at the end of the day, we won't remember Golota as "a good fighter"...we'll remember him as this insane dude who hit people in the nuts to intentionally lose fights, bit people, quit on his stool, suffered from severe stamina issues and had all sorts of breakdowns in the ring.

Just a strange dude.

 

Like i always said Golota will be remembered in Boxing for a long time but for all the wrong reasons.And rightfully so.

 

In the first fight Bowe didn't wobble Golota and still he got crushed. Back then Golota would have crushed Bowe fight after fight. The Lewis fight wasn't even a fight, it was a sad joke.

yeah for sure, a lot of boxers get it. it's on par with stage fright with public speaking or being a singer.

 

But he did foul Bowe, repeatedly for two fights and then quit when he fought Tyson so never mind the what if's. Golota is a dirty ****.

haha yeah you've really gotta wonder what was going through the mans head. to carry on and behave like that with the whole world watching...there's something missing.

 

Bowe should have punched him back in the balls, but then again in the first fight Golota was getting pissed for rabbit punches.
