If Old Big George and his team decided that Golota looked a safe bet to defend against ,so Andrew signed to fight him instead of Bowe ?
Taking himlightly perhaps ,could this be a big mistake for George ?

The only "mistake" would be if golota started fouling on purpose, big george would remind everyone what sort of chaos he saw in 5th ward.

Big George KO round 3 via brutal footstomp+uppercut combo after getting jabbed in the groin.

I agree 100%. Big George would bust Golota up and I could see Golota falling apart mentally like he always would when in tough with someone.

Golota outboxes Foreman and wins a wide UD. Meanwhile Bowe chases a superfight with Lewis or a Mega Fight with Tyson in 1996 both of which he would lose at that point.

Golota has the capability to outbox George if he is disciplined and sticks to a gameplan but AG is too erratic to do that for 12 rounds - at some point he decides to mix it up with GF, tastes some flush power shots and either starts fouling or runs out of the ring in between rounds.

i think golota would have **** his pants seeing Foreman across that ring. had he not been such a mental case, i would have picked him to do what Alex Steward did only he would have finished the Job.

but in reality, golota was a headcase……...i pick George by ko in one.

Not sure about getting him out in one Unitas ,I see more of a Pierre Coetzee ?type bashing of AG.Banging away with the ramrod jab and busting him with uppercut s .A disheartened Golota gets stopped in 7

Oh yes ,if Golota started with the low blows then George pays him back tenfold .

i dont think golotas mind would allow him to Keep Fighting if he took the Kind of beating Coetzer took. Coetzer was limited...……..but he was the complete opposite of golota mentally. Coetzer was a never say die warrior.

If Golota could hold it together, he would win this very decisively.

That is a big if of course!

Golota would find a way to lose despite being more then a match for Foreman at that stage of his career. Can't see Golota taking Foreman's power without looking for a way out.

I think also that Golota could outbox and frustrate Foreman for a few rounds, but Golota would start falling apart mentally and start fouling. Foreman wouldn't stand for that $hit and knock Golota out.

I don’t think Golota would want George to lose sight that he was a preacher.
