    Making stuff up again I see. There was no rehydration clause imposed on Chavez.

    https://www.latimes.com/sports/sportsnow/la-sp-boxing-notes-20170503-story.html

    Regarding Canelo Jacobs, both fighters agreed to the stanfard 10-lb rehydration limit for IBF Title fights however as you recall Jacobs chose not to participate in the same day weigh-in, just as Jacobs didn't participate in the same-day weigh-in vs GGG despite agreeing to it. Jacobs non-participation in it vs GGG got the rule changed, so it wasn't required any longer for unifications, and despite agreeing to it in the contract, it wasn't something that restricted Jacobs vs Canelo as he chose not to participate in it.

    You're right, it was worse, he drained Chavez down to 165lb and Junior Cheeseburger was completely useless on fightnight because of it :deal:

    The IBF no longer has the rehydration limit for unifications :rolleyes: Canelo made sure that there were huge penalties for rehydrating over 10lb. Jacobs didn't want any rehydration limit, that **** is entirely from Golden Spoon and Canelo. Jacobs was at least 10lb lighter than he'd been for GGG.

    And how as that any worse than GGG draining Rolls to 164?

    And who was instrumental in getting that rule changed ? Jacobs, remember the same guy that declined to do a same day weigh-in vs GGG back when it was still a rule for unifications, for which many GGG fans was upset about including you probably lol. Yeah and just like vs GGG, Jacobs didn't participate in it vs Canelo either, rule or not. And how can you not see the irony of you now criticizing Canelo for supposedly demanding rehydration clauses when for years it was Canelo who was accused of rehydrating too much? Can you not see the irony of that?

    If he didn't want any rehydration limit then why the hell did he agree to it? As the IBF Champ Jacobs had just done done a same day weigh-in in his last fight. And again the rule change was largely as a result of Jacobs declining it vs GGG. And how in the world can you claim that Jacobs was at least 10 lbs lighter for Canelo than he'd been for GGG ? Is that documented or are you just making up that number?

    :rolleyes: Maybe you should look at who Rolls last fought and at what weight before embarrassing yourself :deal:

    hint: http://boxrec.com/en/event/778072/2295378

    Oh, but he did, because he had to pay huge penalties for coming in overweight.

    So what you're saying is that Canelo rehydrated massively when he was bullying smaller guys but now that he's fighting guys that are bigger than him, they have to have a rehydration limit and be weakened? Gotcha ;)

    :greedy::greedy::greedy:

    There was an interview where Jacobs said that he came in at ~185 for the Golovkin fight. It's on youtube and has been posted on BF24 before.

    I have no idea what his in-ring weight was for Canelo but given the rehydration clause it's a reasonable guess.
