If Golovkin Gets KO'd His First Fight at 168

With Ward moving up now, I don't think there's anyone at 168 that can beat Gennady. Even if his power doesn't move up with him (highly unlikely,) he's a much more skilled fighter than anyone campaigning at 168 right now.

That being said, all it takes is one picture perfect shot to put almost any boxer down, so the heavy handed guys at 168 (i.e. Degale,) should have at least a puncher's chance. Whoever beats him will definitely see their stock rise in the sport.

 

The daily hater thread , you already threw him into the overrated fraud cat , you even say it in the OP 2 lines after asking your dumb question , why even bother , you don't see talent until it hits you in the face , sure he loses to the SMW top 5 guys , sure.... whatever ..... we all know that once he moves up to 168 you will be the first to say "SMW is very weak since Ward moved up , worst in boxing , he should move to 175" , when ward was @ 168 he ruled the division , once he moves up its a **** division ,give it a rest already we know where you stand.

If he cannot compete with 168, that simply means he was likely not meant to fight there, and his legacy will be set at 160. Judging from this question you asked though, your rating of opponents is highly dubious at best. :roll:

 

That's just hype and promotions. Is 3G saying all this? Nope. Do you get caught up and swept away by hype all the time? Clearly.
