i would think by the time the fight is possible. after ward and kovalev is resolved which could drag along. and b a trilogy. ward would struggle to make 168. he is to smart he would not put his health at risk vs a guy like ggg

If GG beats Ward he shouldn't get any credit whatsoever. 175 lb Dawson said the same thing to 168 lb Ward and lost miserably. Nope GG gets no credit for beating a weakened Ward. Your words not mine.

If Ward is drained to death then I agree. His own team seems to think it isn't a problem, though.

He could go to 170 like Pavlik done for Hopkins.

Ward is a LHW and Golovkin already beat Jacobs.
Golovkin vs Canelo is the biggest fight in boxing and with a Saunders fight he could unify the division.
    Which fight would you choose?

BC Dawson said that he wasn't drained to death and everyone said that he was. GG gets no credit. Sorry but that's just the precedent set by the fanatics.

Giftlovkin will never move up to 168 for as long as Ward is willing to fight him there...

If Ward can still make 168 then that would mean he moved to 175 for legacy reasons having cleaned out SMW. What an absolute hero if that really is the case. To move up chasing a Kovalev fight when he didn't need to, Ward may be a bit of an ******* at times but what an absolute G this man is. He deserves more respect and if Golovkin goes up to fight Ward the same applies to him.

    Golovkin/Ward 2018 :aaaaa:

He vacated and made several statements on the fact that he can't make weight anymore

Dawson's own team said they weren't drained at all and wanted to fight the best and lost. And everyone said Dawson was drained after the fight because of how he lost. BC they said it not me.

Then Ward should stay at 175 if he can't make the weight safely ....

I think that he should follow through with his plan. Fight and beat Saunders and then the Canelo fight.

Ward won't be able to make 168 so fighting GG there won't happen. Ward will have a harder time with Kov in the rematch than Beterbiev. Beterbiev can't box a lick and Ward wouldn't mind an inside right. People believe in the untested Beterbiev. Lmao

If it's doable in a healthy manner, then hopefully this window isn't totally shut.
