If Golovkin would put on a clinic agaisnt Canelo what GGG's detractors would say ?

I honestly don't think Triple G detractors believe he'd lose to Canelo.

 

They will see Alverez making GGG do a chicken dance even though it never happens, they will give Alverez rounds that are clearly not even close in his favour. They will rip the ref and will bring PEDs into the equation too. Not to mention crying about rabbit punches and other illegal shots.

All the usual deluded nonsense really.

The only way G woulike get the credit he deserves (people will still say really dumb ****, like he made whoever fight above their weight) fight kovalev because ward ain't getting by Kovalev so he'll fight stevenson that ward either wins a ud or gets stretched .

G is better than them all but I don't think he'll fight a lhw for a few years. Too many great fights at mw that will take up a good few years

im a white male from rhode island....my beef with ggg stems not from color or race......that's what some of you pathetic people cant fathom....that people actually have a problem with other aspects of his career.....

even most of his "detractors" understand how good/skilled he is......try to take race out of it...and the fact that most understand hes skilled....then take a look at the picture for a few minutes

 

that's cool flashy k.o....that's something....but imo and in the opinion of most this division is kinda weak....its not pathetic...but its weak.....cotto, who is not a real mw, sparked geale easily......its not a good division........so while theres something to be said....that would leave a lot unanswered about ggg......ggg could go the rest of his career at mw....never lose.....and ill just be like "ehhhh...welllll.....".....nobody wants to see that wasted talent....that would be waste

 

Me personally I'd give credit for it because I rate Canelo, my question though is if your one of the people who say Canelo is not elite why should GGG deserve credit?

All GGG fans say Canelo isn't sh!t and gets beat in 3rds, why should credit be given for someone you say is not good and a hypejob?

 

They want him to fight Ward so they will never by happy. But it doesn't matter at all, if you do something right you have lots of detractors. Pac, Floyd and hell even Ward and Danny Garcia are good examples for that. It's a really good sign to have haters.

I honestly don't think one detractor would go off on him(well maybe some...but that's the fault of his fans for being ridiculous ....kinda bringing it on him)....but in all seriousness....you think one real boxing fan would dog him if he took the ward fight and lost? I don't...I know I wouldn't.....

it could probably hurt his overall marketability on hbo....but that's about it...I don't think his stock would drop with the real fans of the sport....and lets face it....we still help carry this sport

 

Kovalev won't calm down everyone. I've been around to see the case with Pacquio. Plenty of posters around here use to say that he will get destroyed by Cotto or Hatton. That he will get killed by ODLH. Then he beat and they were oh he is taking drugs. At the same time they were saying that he was a bum and that he was unnaturally good.
