Because GGG comes into the ring about 169-171 and Ward enters the ring about 180-182? That's about a 12-pound advantage, no? Golovkin wouldn't magically gain 8 pounds because he got a fight at 168 and then magically lose the 8 pounds to go back to 160 and finish business. GGG is a smaller MW, too. That's why I said a guy with around a 12 pound advantage.

Golovkin just brought up the 164 pound catchweight in the last month or two. That didn't prohibit Ward's team from pursuing the fight with offers and such the years prior to that catchweight announcement, right? How is it "obvious" that Ward wants the fight if his team does zero of what is usually done when guys genuinely want a fight? Because you say he obviously wants it? I'm just going by facts and to me there isn't any obvious effort on Ward's part to get a fight made. Obviously GGG's team isn't making efforts, either, but to me neither camp is serious about making the fight at this time. Probably because they feel it would be bigger down the line. Like May-Pac got bigger, perhaps.

So you get asked a very specific question, and immediately realized it was time to skedaddle

I hope for your sake you stop making an ass of yourself by getting nasty over ridiculous and untenable positions. It must be pretty embarrassing. :hi:

If GGG moves up to 168 do you think he's only to gain 3pounds on fightnight :patsch. So no it's not a 12 pound advantage.
How do you know Ward's team has done nothing? Do you work for rocnation? You do realize that negotiations aren't all public record right? The only fact we have is that GGG wants the fight at 164, which is basically saying he does not want the fight. Let's say Ward hasn't been pushing for the fight enough, he hasn't made it clear by making any stupid offers that he does not want the fight, GGG clearly has and anyone rational can see this. Of course the GGG fanboys will have a hard time seeing the obvious.

You are one sad case . I didnt even see your question before I posted, but like I said I'm not going to bother arguing this topic with you, or dealing with another GGG fan. There are probably 50 more on here waiting to jump in, you're definitely the biggest nutrider out of them though, you might even beat boxing_master, hans and mvc since they actually troll, but your obsession to defend GGG is real.

If he fought Ward next he wouldn't be "moving up to 168", he'd just be a Middleweight fighting at 168 because he still has unfinished business at Middleweight. Besides, if you've ever participated in combat sports you'd know that if you're training properly your body weight is where it is. It's generally not a good idea to force muscle weight onto your frame to move up in division. It is best to happen naturally, over time, otherwise all sorts of problems can occur: stamina issues, speed reduction, power loss, just to name a few. Golovkin's body might take a couple of years to move up to a full 168, so your premise just makes no sense, unless you're talking about Golovkin-Ward years from now...

If Wards team had made offers or attempted any negotiations over the years, we'd know about it. They would have refuted Loffler's statement that Wards team never contacted them; has made zero contact with Golovkin's team. Zero. Meaning, no attempts to make the fight. They would have refuted that in an instant. You say Ward hasn't be trying enough to make the fight, whereas I'm trying to find any evidence that he's tried to make it at all.

The fact that GGG is filling arenas and going on PPV , and Ward is Mr BET shows that your statement that Ward does not need GGG but GGG needs Ward is also in fact fallacious.

This pretty much sums up the mentality of the GGG fanboy. GGG is a diva now, he's the A-side! He doesn't need anyone close to an A level on his resume. He doesn't need Ward at all, he can keep fighting these C-B- level guys and retire paid with a Calzaghe type resume without anyone even as good as an ancient Hopkins or Roy Jones Jr .

Now is it a coincidence that all of these GGG fan boys have less than 500 v cash. Seems like these guys dksab and cant pick a fight to save their lives :lol:. I should have a policy if you dont have 500vcash+ you can't address me because you clearly have absolutely no clue about the sport.

The problem here is that is far from the only "fact" we have, and while I am sure K2 would have taken the fight at 164 that can hardly be construed as the only way the fight would get made.

That the public 164 offer was floated may be the only fact you bother to recognize, hence the dichotomy between reality and your strongly held views.

Again, when did GGG start ducking Ward in your view?

Just out of curiosity who do you have winning, GGG or Ward? And sorry but you dont meet the requirements to ask me questions. 30 more v cash and you're set sir . But seriously stop asking dumb questions when I clearly stated that GGG isn't ducking Ward, he just clearly does not want to fight him.

Is it coincidence that people having trouble making sound arguments revert to insulting vCash?

I lost all of mine on Hopkins and have been slowly rebuilding since that loss. I was down to like 40 or 50 vCash after that beating. I really thought he'd pull it out vs Kovalev with a messy inside battle. I was wrong, but the value on Hopkins was good and I though Hopkins style inside, along with his hit and grab tactics would pull off a decision.

Trouble making a sound argument? Are you talking about yourself, yes I do see people with low v cash having a trouble making a sound argument. Like I said, for the 100th time, Ward hasn't done anything to indicate he does not want the fight, and GGG clearly has, these are the facts. :hi: Keep trying to build that pathetic v cash.

This is the problem with dealing with people with low boxing knowledge, even when they clearly lose an argument they'll keep fighting for the last word. I've already won the argument so I'm nto going to bother going back and forth wasting my time because you won't let up. My advice to you is take this L gracefully and move on, but something tells me you wont.
