I dont think Green would go near either bloke tho, no need to they have no name out here & he can sit on his IBO strap.

Shane Cameron was on New Zealand tv, close up at 7pm last night, saying he's one fight away from a fight with green.

Thirteen months on from his demolition at the hands of David Tua, a new-look Shane Cameron is looking to redeem himself in the ring.

Tomorrow he will fight Australian number two cruiserweight Anthony McCracken. If he wins, he gets a shot at the world title he so desperately craves.
His determination is clear. He has dropped 12kg and a class, now competing in the cruiserweight competition. His manager Ken Reinsfield describes him as "one hell of an athlete".

Cameron's defeat in the so-called "fight of the century" against Tua is surely the catalyst for his transformation, dropping from 104kg to 92kg.

Reinsfield said the class change has been a challenge for Cameron.

"We discussed a possibility of Shane going to cruiserweight as another pathway for him to get to the world title, and cruiserweight, I thought, was a great opportunity and Shane took up that challenge.

"He used to do a lot of heavier lifting weights to keep that muscle mass on him. That's changed, he is probably doing a bit more road work and speed work which he'll need to do at the lighter weight class," he said.

    Cameron has welcomed the change.

"The body is actually enjoying it and I tell you what, it's more my natural weight. I'm still eating quite frequently, you know, still eating five to six times a day - just smaller meals, just a lot of clean food really."

Diet and weight loss are not the only differences - Cameron also has a new motivation.

"That's my dream to fight for the [world] title and bring that title back to New Zealand. It's not how you fall, it's how you rise, that's the most important thing."

They are fighting words from a man who, after the clash with Tua, considered quitting the sport for good.

"You think - am I cut out for this, you know, should I be at this level?"

But Reinsfield said Cameron could not have the Tua fight as his last memory.

"When most people will quit and give up, Shane will do one more. This is the opening of the door to get to the world title. But it's important that Shane just doesn't open the door - he smashes it down," he said.

McCraken now beckons and the Mountain Warrior is confident.

"There is no shortage of confidence in this country boy all the way from Tiniroto. You know, I'm in this business to win fights not to go in there and to come second best."

Cameron looked look a spastic at CW.

Maybe the weightloss and Tua beating has ruined him, not that he was a world beater but more than handy fighter before that at heavy.
