Na Geale pushed the fight and was on Choc all night, Choc was goin backwards for 70% of the fight.

Na that was a slip, but Geale knocked Mundine down....remember the ref was paid by Chocs team, you only have to look at the tape thing and Choc not getting a point taken to see that. :D

i don't think you can deny that Mundine has slipped and isnt at his peak no more. He isnt as fast or as good defensively as he once was. His prime was 06/07!

He has do, he has lost speed, and defence. And this has showed in his last few fights, compared to his fights from 06 and 07! FACT

exactly - case in point: Duran, Hagler and Hearns

Duran goes the distance with Hagler, Hearns is stopped in 3. Duran should beat Hearns and instead is dusted in 2

    Re: original question

I think Mundine got Green at a good time, I'm not going to pull the 'weight' card but Green looks better with the extra kg's on his frame and Mundine was coming into a good part of his career. But hey, Green agreed to the weight and if you zap yourself then that's your fault. But Mundine peaked that night imo, he read Green perfectly and never looked bothered, so whatever weight it was at, the outcome wouldn't have been any different that night.

I think if Green were to win against RJJ, it would be a great achievement for Green personally, but I don't think it would really hold any significance regarding Mundine's win against Green. However, it would make Mundine Green II that little bit more intruiging.
