Hearns has bigger frame, i doubt that 147-154 pounds was his natural weight because he was skin and bone, at that weight he was drained but he could carry more weight than hagler being effective. Actually i think that 168-175 was the natural weight of hearns, simply he had to cut weight to be especial with his size advantage in lower weight classes.just like ricky hatton was actually a natural stocky 175 pounder( himself said it), his frame was very robust, simply he was too short
