Stay at 135lbs, there are big fights to be made in his own division and if Davis' fight with Garcia has made him a bigger draw then there's more money to be made at 135lbs.

He should stay at 135 but he’s young and growing so it might not be possible. He is a disciplined young man but if staying at 135 is too hard or impacts his ability to be his best, he needs to move up. 140 is going to be hard for Haney because he will have to fight guys his own size. He has no power at 135 and will have less at 140, and he’s fighting harder punching guys. Unless he finds power at the higher weight, things are going to be difficult for him.

Haney is a skilled fighter and has very good potential. I’m just amazed at his lack of power against much smaller guys. Loma is going to look two weight classes lower than Haney and I don’t think he will have a problem with Haney’s power. His size and speed are going to be on display but he’s not a big puncher even against smaller opponents.

I say move up in weight would love to see the shakur fight, but I think that happens at 140.. Tank not fighting no type of elite fighter so it doesn’t make sense to stall your career for somebody who don’t want to fight

Takes two to tango... Staying at 135 to fight Shakur makes sense.

Refusing to move up until he's fought Tank would be ******ed - unless Tank's willing to take the fight on a level playing field and on a sensible timescale, Haney shouldn't be wasting his time waiting for him.

Tank and his team have been a little reluctant to fight Lomachenko, but I don't recall him showing a similar reticence with respect to Haney.

I think Tank would have a great chance to catch and stop Haney.

I would like that but he looks like Skeletor at the weigh ins.

I've never seen the aforementioned interviews. I'm open to seeing them, however.

It seems odd to me that Tank would be afraid of Haney, a very good boxer but a relatively light puncher who might struggle to keep his smaller, power-punching opponent at bay.

No disagreement from me, unless those fights happen immediately, I don't think he's gonna have a choice

Tank is more skilled in delivering that power than you'd have us believe.

Yeah i think if he's somehow able to get those big fights he will stay put, especially the Shakur fight with TR which looks way more likely to occur than Tank.
