yes, definitely. pacman, jmm, holt, bradley, and mosley are all the elite in their divisions. haters will always bring in the excuses, well, they were either too old or too limited in their skills, too small, etc, but the fact remains they are the best and to be the best you have to beat the best. with mayweather, sr in his corner, there will always be room for improvement and we may see a hitman that was better than he ever was. younger doesn't necessarily mean better. i'd have hatton top 50 for beating 2 top lightweights at their peak (pacman and jmm) and the top welter today, which is sugar shane. imo, manny might be the one to pull this off or at least has the best chances

Holt and Bradley are not elite wins. Holt is a good fighter, not a great one. I think Bradley will be an elite fighter, but he hasn't proven anything yet.

He'd have to beat Pac,JMM then if he were to beat Mosley he may not get alot of credit because Mosley will have aged abit more by then.Consider he almost lost to Mayorga. He'd need a couple more wins against top 140 fighters, maybe unify again or Nate Campbell is another name who would boost his resume now he has moved up

No matter what Hatton does, he will never be seen as an ATG, even if he beats Pac, JMM and Mayweather in a rematch.

I think he has a 25% chance of beating both JMM and Pac then he would have 10% chance of beating Mosley. So by beating those odds yes he would deffinitely be and ATG.

Hatton is a great fighter no doubt but to be as great as you mention he would have to beat guys up north. All the so called great fighter have beaten fighter that were several weight above their nornal weight. Hatton has always been a 140lb guy so it's going to be hard for peoples to except him as an ATG. Pac and JMM are guys that were fighting 2-3 weight behind him, it wouldn't count much.
