Really, reading here all I hear is that Floyd is going to take Hatton to school, box circles around him, make a fool out of him, etc.

Then the very next sentence is, ¨hell yeah the fight got made¨.

Can one of the Floyd Boys or someone intimately associated with their ongoings explain this to me please. If I didnt think the opponent of my favorite fighter had a chance in hell, and I knew my favorite fighter had only a few more fights, I would want another fight, you know for his ´legacy´.

They probably don't like Hatton calling Mayweather out, or the fact that Hatton's undefeated.

Because Hatton robbed PBF of the championship back in 2005 and the fight should have happened then but Hatton was too much of a ***** to fight him. Not to mention back then it would have been the biggest fight in boxing.

Doesnt change the fact that most (dont know about you) Floyd fans think Hatton has no chance. So would you rather a beatdown or a competitive fight for Floyd in his last round of fights?

Because Hatton is hype. Alot of people think he's actually a great fighter so Floyd will get credit for beating him even though he's not that great at all. He's good at best but no where near great. And Floyd will also make alot of money for easy work too. Plus... Hatton was talking alot of **** lately about Floyd so it will be good to watch Floyd beat that ass. :good

It really doesn't matter to me, I want to see him fight the best whether it be Mosley, Cotto or Williams and technically Hatton is suppose to be just that. I think PBF will outclass or clearly beat anyone he faces 154 and down. The only person I see beating him is Winky but he'll never make 154 again. Spinks at 154 is another fighter that would give PBF fits. Not too mention he'd be favored over anyone in the world 154 and down.

And I think it will be a good fight, and competitive. I like the fight, I just cant figure out why if so many see it as a schooling, they are happy to drop 50$ on it.

So tell me which fights you saw signs of Kostya being over the hill before the Hatton fight.

    And Castillo was completely shot?

The Floyd fans want the fight (at 147, of course) because Hatton has a 'name' and because they know he can be beaten after the Collazo fight.

PBF is running out of 'sure-fire' guys he can beat. Right now, the guy PBF least wants to face, IMO, is SSM. After that, Cotto. Paul Williams is a threat, and Williams knocked off an even bigger threat in Margarito. Hatton is the 'easiest' guy in PBF's mind, and he's undefeated and can draw. Thus, this is the fight for the safety-first PBF.
