Malignaggi is young. You're not suppose to fight the best when your coming up the rankings. Who did Hatton fight in his 21st fight? nobody. I look at the skills and Paulie has a chance to beat Hatton and Witter and I favor him against Witter and it'll be a toss up against Hatton.
