Vitali can give Tua a shake at the end of the year, if Tua's done with his contract by fall.

"With an outstanding combined record of 90-5-1, and at a a combined age of 77, weighing in at a combined 485, and with a combined reach of...(hey, what's Vitali's reach? 80"?)...a combined reach of 86"..."

Tyson/Holyfield 3 is on my wishlist. Why? I am not a good person.

No it didn't show Lewis' class. Lewis was playing cat and mouse with the WBC belt for 12 months after he defeated Vitali and then finally retired 1 day before the WBC threatened to strip him.

That was disgraceful conduct by the champ.

    Not 12 months, only 6 or 7.

Vitali retired after 11 months because he could not defend his WBC belt (mandatory) because of injuries. So after the cancelation of some mandatory dates, Vitali retired forever and becames Emeritus Champ!

In 2008 he comes back. Since than i wonder that he can continue fighting.

I don't see Vitali around after the end of the year. After he beats Sosnnowski I see maybe one more fight in him. He will either get Haye or Valuev. If he can't get one of those guys then I can see him facing Adamek if he beats Arreola. Its hard to see Vitali going out off a win over Sosnowski.

Kinda sad that Vitali was unable to make just a tad more out of his career. Littered with somewhat mediocre opponents and that one Lewis loss it just feels he was destined for "more", but the never ending injuries and a bunch of opponents unwilling to get in the ring with him didn't help I guess.

Doesn't take a genius to figure out Vitali won't make more than 1 fight after Sosnowski. Haye will probably hide behind his Meehand/Chagaev mandatory, not sure who else is available out there. Maybe if Adamek wins against Arreola he would be in line for Vitali in the US on HBO.
