His resume is still pretty weak even with the win compared to ATG fighters. so no. Good resume, but not legendary at all.

if he acomplished said feat imo that would put him somwhere between 12-15 however when i take into cosideration his weight class jumping in my mind that gives him a 3-5 position jump
so that puts him somwhere between 7-12 and of course he gets another position bump for every sugssesfull #1 contender titile deffence he makes so imho if he beat both brothers and made 3 titile def aginst #1 contenders that will put him between 4-9 atg imho (i say 3 cause thats 5 fights in prob 3-3.5 years and thats about how much time i feel he has left at his prime)

i agre that his comp is week for the most part but how much as fans can we penilize a fighter's atg status based on fighting in a week era for said weight class IE. the tyson sydrom dont get me wrong compition needs to be taking into consideration but i feel fans for the most part pentilize fighters atg status way to heavly based on week comp even when they beat every one there was to beat (or at least fought them) in there era basicly wut im saying is i feel as fans we are way to harsh on fighters fighting in week divitions for there era when it comes to atg rankings

You seriously think Haye could take even one of those punches Briggs was hit with?:rofl:patsch

With Vitali's lean back style and height Haye would need a step ladder to reach him. Haye has a Glass Jaw. Haye would run from Vitali just like he did Valuev.

But Shannon Briggs is also better than Haye. Would KO him early if they fought.

Without a doubt, top 10 ATG HW

How is it that Haye fans, when assessing the fight and explaining why Haye wins, says the Bros. are overrated, spoonfed, skill-less zombies, and at the same time saying if Haye beats these chumps he's an ATG?

No!!!! Even if he were able to pull this feat off his resume would be to thin, to place w/ the ATG's of the past. He would fall in line maybe alongside of Tunney....Ultimately he would not have enough HW fights to justify a top 20 placement.

2nd does anyone truely believe Haye will win???? even 1 fight against them???? I understand the Klit's are boring and wanting someone to bring excitement to the HW division....But I cannot envision anyway in which David can win!!!! I hope so, but highly doubt it!!!!!

    Extremely unlikely senario. :nono

Haye's chance to beat Wlad: 20%

Haye's chance to beat Vitali: 5%

Basically, Haye beating both does not add up.

if haye beats both brothers, you've got to give him his due's. they are the best, and most dominant heavy's at this time. he's the under-dog, remember. so if he beats wlad, then goes onto beat vitali, he defo becomes an ATG. he won't be in the top six or anything like that, but an ATG at heavy non the less.

throw in the fact he's already become undisputed cruiserweight champ... then he has him self a nice little resume there.

has to beat them both first. lets wait and see how the future unravel's.

:blood you lot across the water seem to get sadder by the second. haye would wipe him out within 3-4 rounds. he wouldn't need to go to the cards like vitali did.

Get back with me if Haye wins. If he does, I'll concede. As of now, he's not beaten anyone at HW who is as good as Briggs, or a whole lot of others out there. He didn't even fight the best cruiserweight competition available. He's tip-toed around very carefully in his matchmaking and run his mouth, and has managed to parlay that into an extremely lucrative fight. For that he gets credit.
For actually accomplishing anything in the ring, so far he gets no credit for that because he hasn't done it.
Again, if he wins, I'll give him his props, but until then, he's hasn't earned it.
