He can definitely put Wlad down. Look, the fight was boring, fairly awful on the level of a wlad/ibragimov. But Valuev hasnt ever been badly hurt to my knowledge. I might be wrong here but haye had him doing the chicken dance so in truth Haye can put wlad down.
Valuev was hurt before... but... it was never a question whether chinny Haye can rock chinny Wlad... question still is: can he LAND clean on Wlad, or: can he land clean before Wlad lands clean? Personally I saw an improved Haye tonight (balance, stamina), so I'd give him a slight more chance, although Wlad looked better than ever vs. Chagaev, the only other man to... get a decision vs. Valuev.
Haye will beat Vlad no problem,he just wasn`t prepared to do it for no pay and be locked into a contraxct by the brothers that demanded rematches in Germany for no money. Now Haye can fight Vlad on his own terms seeing as he is a bone fide champion. Vlad is sh*tting himself already at the prospect of fighting Haye outside of Gemany.
That is the question. Sure haye made the biggest heavyweight champ in history look slow, because Valuev is slow. But, Wlad is a piece faster than valuev. But, Haye can certainly put wlad down.

Valuev was badly hurt by Bidenko who almost had him out on his feet. Bidenko was knocked out by Helenius tonight in 4 rounds.
Too bad it took Haye 11 and a half rounds to rock Valuev. Wlad will put him down much sooner than that.
i think you should put those pictures into context - chagaev fought valuev and then had a bad injury fighting twice in two years, struggled against drummond. he is also shorter, slower and with less pop than haye :good but fair pla to wlad he was impressive that night
