If Haye gets past G$ora in one piece, but can't get Vitali due to Jose Sillyman & his WBC corrupt bull****...

Who should Haye fight instead? (Please not a Fraudley rematch!)

Or can he persuade Vitali to throw away his WBC trinket in the trash, for his final fight & biggest payday before retirement?

There is no way Vitali would surrender his belt- Haye's best bet might be to take a winnable Euro title fight to get himself a belt as a bargaining chip.

A valid opinion, Vitali does love his WBC trinket.

Haye-Pulev for EBU then? Nice fight but...

Would Haye really fight Pulev? Would he make enough money to keep him interested? :think

One of the things that annoys me about Haye is that he believes deserves a title shot because he believes that he is the biggest draw in the division (very debatable). Also he seems to talk about money above everything else, worse than Eubank in his prime.

A fight with Fury would be massive on terrestrial television but would only take place if it was an IBF/WBO/WBA eliminator. Any such fight would be a year off at least as Fury seems to be fighting near bums at this stage.

Povetkin, and Haye would beat him with ease IMO.

Sam Alladyce pending on today's result.

  8. I agree with Flea.

Get Povetkin signed up, he'd slay him in brutal fashion.

Is Povetkin a Sauerland fighter? If he is, it's a pretty easy fight to make.

Povetkin would be the only logical fight in terms of getting to a Klitchko again. A brutal KO in Germany would do the job

Why not fight Vitali without the bull**** belt on the line.

In anycase if Vitali wants the fight the ban will be quickly rescinded.

I'd love to see Haye spark Povetkin senseless with the uppercut he clocked Bonin with. :good

Given the Huck fight*, i'm supremely confident Haye would cold clock Povetkin into Bolivion.

*Povetkin was on Anal-Penetration Street twice.

I agree Chatty, but doesn't VK have a big boner for the WBC?

It would be better if Sillyman could be made to change his mind.

Nice idea... maybe Fury in Late 2013? :think

It'd be a perfect big £££ title defence at Wembley, if Haye used a Povetkin blow-out to get a shot at VK & won.
