If Haye does move up, what C/W could beat Enzo!

Obviously you don't think Enzo's one dimensional then? I'm interested in where you got all this belief in Enzo from, based on what I've seen, he's looked better than the poor opposition he's been put in against.

    Mac would school Mormeck!!

Mormeck is a very dangerous guy, he did pretty well against Haye put him on the deck. Enzo Mac has never had any experience of being under that kind of pressure against someone as world-class as Mormeck.

Maybe Mormeck can only keep that up for 6 rounds at his age, fair enough, but Enzo's chances of survival in those 6 rounds are 15% at best. If he makes it out of the early stages and boxes at very long range and he sneak a UD, but thats unlikely.

The Mormeck of about 3, 4 years ago would totally school Enzo.

I'd pick O'Neil Bell to beat Enzo too, he hits too hard and he's got some good skills. Bell is one of the few guys at Cruiser who I think could hack it at Heavyweight. Much bigger, much stronger than Enzo and would have my pick.

You've also gotta look at the guys in the top 10, Ding, Huck, Adamek, Cunningham, Tokarev and so on and I'd give every single one of them a chance of beating Mac. Fact is he's inexperienced at world level, whereas these guys arent, so he could find himself in deep waters and getting KO'd.

I really doubt he can dominate the division. He can dominate the WBO, but what else?

In the US, there's Godfrey and Aaron Williams coming up.
In Europe, there's Huck, Alexeev, Vlad Povetkin (younger brother of heavyweight hope Alexander), big Cuban Yoan Pablo Hernandez, on the way up.

The current crop are gone. Mormeck demolished, Haye moving up, Cunningham never as good as some though he was...The men listed in the above paragraph will be contesting the WBC, WBA and IBF belts.

Mac has shown me nothing to suggest he'll do anything but beat on American journeyman, recycled versions of Mormeck and co...he will be isolated in Wales, improving his skills and whinging that no one will fight him. He desperately needs a charismatic foe like Haye to raise his profile, and he needs the advantage of having a weight drained opponent.

Mac will find he can't have his cake and eat it. Enzo Calzaghe will keep him fit so that when his peers are fading in 5 or 10 years, that Macaroni basically outlasts them. If he's still champ and his peers aren't, then he'll say he was the best...

Warren can be as bad as the Germans at burying titles. I guess it'll take an Allen Quatermain to beat Enzo Maranacchio!

Enzo is desperatley overrated on this forum, he shouldn't even have a belt.

The younger Povetkin is a poor and apart from Hernandez the guys you mentioned are not too hot either. You are right about those two americans looking good but i'm not totally blown on them. So you have to look at the other guys already in the frame and they all have plusses and minuses and can all beat each other, no one stands out.

The division could throw up some great fights but anyone with any real ability will be wanting to jump ship to try his luck with the hw division.

Mormeck, Bell, or Cunningham would all beat Enzo quite easily in my eyes (as crazy a they appear to be in my avatar... admit it, that's cool!). Enzo is nothing but a hype job and in the unlikely event that Warren ever let him near Haye he would be destroyed. I state my case of which I'm certain!
