He needs to be seen by a head doctor.

Suicide for no reward, what is the point of David taking the fight without the title on the line?

No reward? If he beats vitali he will have beaten the most feared fighter in the division. His resume will be set, He will automatically be a top 3 HW contender , his stardom would explode and the titleshots would be plentiful for the rest of his career.

Er he basically has that now, I recon he is not far off being number 1 contender for any belt.

Why not wait for the china chinned Wlad?

I edited my post a bit, but if you haven't noticed, Mr. Haye has a rather large set of balls with which he relys on to go about making his career plans with.

Beating Vitali - Should the improbable occur - Would set up title fights anyway.

Are they really gonna strip Vitali for fighting Haye?

Only if he doesn't fight Gomez first I think...but really, the WBC would be shooting themselves in the foot doing so.

As for Haye, well, he's more concerned about big names than belts. Simple as that.
