Is this the same Vitali who is so clumsy with **** balance who fell to the floor like a sack of **** last night? atsch
This is a quote from Bonte off another site that does daily boxing news...... "In one of the recent interviews, Vitali mentioned that he wants to fight “maybe two, three more times”. After a performance like today, I have to ask – why he is even talking about finishing his career? Vitali will make this decision, although I agree with you that he’s in top psychical and mental condition. There’s no doubt about it. Ultimately, it is up to him how many more times he wants to fight. Maybe five? I know that he wants to punish David Haye, so maybe this will be something interesting to see. Interesting, but probably unpleasant for Haye." This is I think a clue that it WILL happen.
Haye would either get KO'ed around the middle rounds or runs his ass off and lose a lop sided decision. Haye matches up better with Wlad, at least he had a punchers chance against Wlad. Against Vitali he doesn't even have that. While Haye is possibly quick enough to land one of his big bombs on Vitali unlike Wlad, Vitali's chin is proven against bigger hitters, so Haye will have to land multiple power shots to stop Vitali which based upon his pot shotting style and feeble work rate is impossible. Vitali simply chews him up and spits him out, Haye may have the odd moment but in the end he will end up like every other Vitali opponent, busted up and beaten down.
Well, look at it this way. Does any other oppoenent even have an *odd moment* against Vitali? Answer: No. Haye's power and speed AND slick defense makes him the most interesting and lucrative fight out there for Vitali. As well as the biggest draw. I would bet that this fight will happen next. Not just Vitali, but tHey both want it, now. :smoke
