Thats because Calzaghe wasn't a manufactured black American, had he bean Black and American, people would be talking about Calzaghe being a god, Tyson fought bums, and I completely agree with Sherp, if McBride smashed Tyson, imagine what Haye would have done.

Old Mongoose was knocked spark out by Floyd Patterson at the young age of 21, so don't give me that bollocks, Floyd Patterson had dynamite in his hands and could knock most heavyweight champions spark out, even at 180lbs.

I'm not lieing you won't except my challenge.. I want you out of Eastside. I have issued you a challenge which you have choosen to ignore. You are big on Jean Pascal to beat Chad Dawson in Montreal. I say Dawson wins. If I win you leave Eastside for good, no more radio shows and no more youtune video's. If Pascal wins and you win, I leave Eastside and go fight you in the location of your choice.

Now will you accept the challenge. No long answers just yes or no..

You are across the pond. Different life-style. Mind-set is different.
England's main sport is Football. Canada, Hockey. Big Difference in testicle size. Of course you have Rugby but it isn't #1.
Lewis got better under American Trainers.

Blacks in America are a minority.

A sad percentage of Black Males are said to be either in jail or dead by 23 which has been a problem for a while.

I've seen plenty of phenom talent that has gone to waist in my city. Athletes that were drafted on the College and Pro level end up wasting it.

I think it was Hopkins who also talked about it with how he saw some of the best boxers you could ever see, should have been World Class Pros, but ended up throwing it all away on drugs and street-crime.

Many trainers talk about it. A big reason why they walk away from the sport. Only few actually make anything of themselves.

Pretty Sad but that is life.

Throughout the 20th century, how was the living situation in England?
    No poor people?
    Even now?

    How many Champions?

But yes, there is something to the poverty...to growth factor.

Pre-World War II was the biggest influx of people going into boxing in the States. Jews, Irish, Italians, Russians, Blacks, etc. All were involved.
World War II ends, Economy goes up, more jobs, G.I. bill to help people go to college...and less people willing to get their heads smashed in.

Yeah he was an Animal, fighting out of shape old bums.:patsch

Tyson is like Mosley, no great wins and a **** resume, yet marketed extremely well for the biased American public to lap up.

    bla bla bla

Mavrovič would toy with him also.

Lewis said that Mavrovič is best heavyweight that he fought.

    ENOUGH SAID!

    TOUCHE!

This is neither here nor there, Blacks are barely a minority there, infact in 25years they are teh majority, and there is a hell of a lot more crime there, infact, there aren't really any great white American boxers, thus supporting my point that criminals or the criminally inclined turn to boxing and they are nearly always black.

People like Joe Calzaghe are gentlemen who chose to make the most of their god given fighting talents.

Considering Tyson snatched all three belts in under a year at the age of 21, I wouldn't call him a manufactured hypejob. He clearly fought the best available. Sure, given HBOs heavy backing and all the media outlets backing, it was EASIER for him to get those type of fights than it was for Lewis, being non-American in an American-dominated heavyweight scene.

I don't put no blame on Tyson for that, or Holyfield.. Don King was the main player in holding Lewis out, and Lewis has himself to blame for certain things, such as losing to McCall when he was just at the doorstep of these big fights.

Considering Tyson's accuracy wasn't the best at that point, he was knew with Roach so he may have not known the sequence Roach works with...and the fact that Roach has Parkinson and shakes....eh...yeah...disaster.

It happens. Not just Tyson either.

The question shouldn't be does Haye hit harder than Tyson or if Tyson can hit harder than Haye. The question is, can Tyson hit harder than
Carl Thompson? The answer is yes, Tyson hits a lot harder.
