He could do it but he is a counter puncher that waits in the distance. If he tries to go full force from the bginning he will end up gassing out and get stopped or hurt bad at the end of the round.

I think that Haye is definitely going to try to test Wladimir early. Sanders did it with great success and Haye is going to at least want to try. If he can't catch Klitschko cold then I'm sure the strategy will change.

 

I can't see any other way for him to win, honestly. Ape**** is the key.

Don't think it's his best plan in the ring. His whole loud mouth campaign has been trying to needle Wlad into over-committing so he can counter punch, not to rush in like a nut and swing for the fences.

Haye can be ko'd by running into wlads jab . That is a fact and hayes people know this.

 

All of Wlads opponents study the Sanders fight and think "Oh, all I need to do is to pressure the guy and he will fold". And then they get in the ring and the reality shows out to be something completly different. I don't believe for a second that Haye would stupied enough to make the same mistake, at least not with Booth working with him.

It is a common misunderstanding that it is Wlads jab that stops his opponents from stepping in. In reality it is the threat of the right that keeps them at bay, while he uses the jab to score points.

Sure, Haye has speed, movement and power. But so does Wlad, and on top of that he has reach. I would be surprised to see Haye outbox Wlad.

 

Becaues his workrate and stamina don't allow it. Haye boxes in short spurts and picks his shots extremely well. His style at HW is not designed for winning round by round by being the more effective aggressor.

Ive said that for ages now, Haye really needs to work on his finishing. He gets someone hurt with a big shot and instead of taking his time and delivering good clean shots, he throws abar 20 in which about 3 actually do any meaningfull damage.

He cant afford to do this against Wlad, I think he could do with some extra help for this camp instaed of just Adam Booth
