Vitali is a way better fighter than wlad klitschko. Wlad does not have the chin to be a fighter.

I'm not going to say that. He does have a week chin but he has proven that you can be a fighter without it. If Vitali and Wald fought though Vitali's chin would win it for him eventhough Wald is the better boxer.

If Haye KO Vitali, Wlad will retire next day

If Haye beat Vitali in such a devastating manner as described here then Wlad would probably underperform due to fear and keep running from overconfident Haye in the ring. Haye would get more and more reckless in his attacks until he walks onto a Wlad straight right.

The only way you'll get a lot of "Haye" picks in any poll is to make up a completely outlandish scenario like Haye knocking Vitali out as a pretense.

Vitali's defense is leaky IMO. He goes straight back with his hand down alot times when his oppenent is attacking. Vitali has been getting away with this for awhile, because he never fought a fighter with speed in his hands, along with power. Sanders was the only one that had both, and he hurt Wlad early in the fight, just didn't have the stamina to keep it up.

Right. "if Haye knocked out Joe Frazier, would you favor him over Jerry Quarry?" Probably. What kinds of forum thread subject is that?

How about a simple: "does anyone here think Haye can beat Vitali?"

    I don't.

I do want to see Haye fight a top ten heavyweight first.

Well, Haye can't knock out anybody if he doesn't show up for the fight. Lets see him KO somebody with his fists instead of his mouth, and then we'll figure out if he can beat Vitali.

Pointless thread, it won't happen. If he does have any REMOTE chance it would be to out point him.

It would depend on the circumstance of the KO.

Imagine it looking like Wlad/Sanders, Vitali being Wlad and Haye being Sanders. Complete domination from the opening bell.

If this scenario played out Haye would def eat a couple of punches in that Time because Vitali isn't gun shy and if he can take a punch from Vitali without collapsing his chin would have been proven which is what most people think is going to let him down. He's a skilled boxer, fast on his feet, quick hands, a decent reach and plenty of power. Out of all the heavyweights he is the only one with the attributes to be able to create angles and keep Wlad turning which is what you need to do or you'll be eating that jab all night. But a lot of people think he will fall over the second Wlad lands on him but if he proved he could take a heavyweight punch i think a lot of people would favour him
