:deal:thumbsup I get so sick of this bad contract bul****.. Haye claimed he would do anything to fight either brother.. now it seems like he is doing anything he can to make sure it does not happen.. Haye Makes Riddick Bowe look a hell of a lot better.

Sometime if i can get the motivation i'd bring up a thread from a year ago and show a lot of his fans half the bull**** they posted about him being a warrior and that he was foaming at the mouth to fight them, Funny thing some of his most ardent supporters Like Mickey blue Eyes, Iesley, Boxfan just off the top of my head.. Some of his more knowledgeable supporters of his then are starting to call him on his bull****.. And the rest you just get the same paper thin pathetic excuses over and over again seems like they don't even think about how stupid the excuses sound especially after all Haye's talk... its almost like they are reading them off a card without actually processing what they are saying... Hell could you imagine them if Wlad pulled some pathetic shitt like this... Some of them are still trying to claim Wlad is the one ducking him? WTF...

None of that 38% was guarenteed though, was it? Actually break it down: How much money was Haye going to get? The thing is, because his own deal with Setanta fell apart, that 38% wouldn't have left Haye with much money, if any. I'm not saying that's Klitschko's fault because it isn't, but it shows just how unfair the deal was.

And I don't know if Valuev still has that rematch clause. There's obviously something strange going on at the moment about that, so it's not fair to mention it. What is relevant, is the fact that Sauerland will make money off Haye's next fights, but that's all that really matters. Haye doesn't seem to be tied down to anything, other than a percentage cut to Sauerland.

I know Haye wanted Vitali but it's still unfair to tie him down to a three fight deal. Regardless, he accepted it, showing he wants the fights. I don't think either Klitschko would have gone ahead with a three fight deal, once there was no guarenteed money though, when they could simply renegotiate.

    Denial...denial....denial. Truth hurts huh:yep

real quick (cause there is so much you wrote)

"not fair to mention the rematch clause":huh:huh:huh

WHY? Did Valuev get the rematch or not?... Bottom line...he did.. just like the wlad contract

Apparently the Valuev rematch clause has expired.

I'm not going to defend a Haye vs Harrison fight, because it's a complete and utter joke.

Harrison ought to be giving Sprott a rematch for starters, then actually box someone in the top 20.

But - why should Haye have to give not only a rematch option (fair enough) but a fight with the other brother should he win x2?

That is cockblocking at it's most extreme - if Wlad really wants to fight Haye he should give him 40% with a rematch clause, and no options. The venue to be agreed, wherever makes most money.

That my friends is a fair deal for all parties.

As you mentioned it isn´t the Klitschko´s fault. Setanta went broke, that´s just unfortunate for Haye, but no reason to blame the Klitschkos for so called "slave contracts". Haye got the deal with Setanta, which went broke, seems like his super business sense failed him that time.
