Will it beat the PBF-DLH record? would it generate more buys than if the Pac and floyd were fighting? Was the drama, HBO-scripted so they could come up with two Godzilla-PPV programs, one in March and the other in September?
First of all, there is no way in hell they would air both PPVs because then Pac and Mayweather would have to split the PPV money, which they would never agree to. Even if it did happen, it wouldn't get anywhere near as many buys as if they were fighting each other. Casual fans aren't gonna pay money to see Manny fight a guy who just lost to the last guy Manny dominated, and they sure as hell aren't going to pay to see Floyd fight anyone other than Shane at this point.
