I feel like the fight will sell double or triple after these shenanigans. Fights off they fight someone else then fight again. So much drama but I prefer to leave the soap operas to my mom

I would like to say that this is all a ploy to make a potential fight later in the year even more hyped, but I think it's safe to say that the guys running things aren't that smart...

A tune-up night, similar to what Hopkins and De La Hoya did would have been a better way to go. In no way is Clottey a tune up fight for Pac. It's actually a very risky fight which could do more harm than good for Manny if he ends up fighting Floyd.

If manny will look spectacular against clottey, then he'll increase his stocks.

Pacquiao-Clottey will most likely be a top rank ppv....for one thing there is bad blood between arum and hbo...and two, golden boy is in-bed with hbo...

Manny will probably win a hard-fought fight against Clottey, run for Governor and quit boxing. There was a reason everyone was working very hard to get this fight done by March 13.

If manny will look spectacular against clottey, the Floyd will ask for 3 days instead of 14 days next time.

They will fight this year, I have no doubt. And it will sell like nothing else, definitely be one of the biggest fights of all time.

You think they would do that split pay per view like they did with the Pavlik and Cotto card?
