With The Current Heavyweight Scene The Way It Is, Do You Think Lennox Lewis Could Return And Win A Title Straight Away?? If Vitali Thinks He's Still Good Enough!! Obviously I Know Lewis Will Never Return To The Ring For Many Reasons, I Just Think It Says Something That A Long Retired Ex Champion Could Come Back And Probably Clean Up.

Even if he performs how he did against vitali then i reckon he'd beat wlad, valuev and peter.

I Believe That If Lennox Got Into The Rite Shape And Took Things Seriously, He Could Come Clean Up. I Dont C Any Of The Current Heavyweights Being Able To Beat Him.

Possibly a chance against Valuev, but wouldnt give him much hope against Wlad or Peter/Vitali.

He would beat everyone except possibly Peter and Wlad. His old reflexes might let him down against a good puncher like Peter.

Probably not. He knew he was declining by the time of the Vitali fight and called it quits at the right time. And that was a good 5 years ago. Add the decline he will of suffered since then + ring rust and it's unlikely.

I think Lewis was slipping by the Vitali fight - there was a bit of sadist in Lennox in the Tyson fight, and I feel it took a fair bit out of him.

He also seemed to lack motivation for the Vitali fight - once that is gone, it is time to call it a day. Not many have the ability to think in a rational manner at the end of their career - we ought to be grateful that a fighter as great as Lennox managed to do so, with an excellent record and his health intact.

No way,he would get knocked out. With the age he is at he is past it,worse still he hasnt been training. If Holyfield who has been active is now past it what more a man who has been eating burgers and chips for the past few years?

There is no one currently in the HW division in the same class as Lewis.
If Lennox trained hard and had the right mental attitude there is no reason he couldn't beat any of them. It would also add some interest to what is an exceptionally boring division. Not going to happen though.

Reflexes slow down thats why Holyfield and Tyson were getting beat by bums,Moreso the power disappears and believe me Lewis doesnt have the same power anymore.

Obvioulsy that cant be ruled out completely as we saw Foreman came back, got hit a lot but still won.Propbability Lewis will win is 0.0001

I just don't rate the quality of any of the current HW's as anything more than average at the moment to be honest, so even though logically I can't say for sure Lennox could come back and win, there is no way I can discount it either.
