If Hopkins beat Adamek will he surpass Jones ...

He's already surpassed Jones in the legacy department.

 

Why dose'nt he face Chad Dawson who beat Adamek..? Why..?

Adamek has been beaten by a better fighter in Chad Dawson. I don't think he will ever surpass Roy Jones Junior, unless he faces and beats Chad Dawson, and then wins a Heavyweight Title.

Seriously, for ****s sake. Roy Jones beat John Ruiz..!

 

So did a fat James Toney.

 

Many people believe Roy Jones was roided up against Ruiz.

But regardless I think Hopkins beating Tarver puts him right there with Jones, and he didnt just beat Tarver he owned Tarver, his bounce back win over Pavlik and a win over Winky I think Hopkins is on his way to surpass jones but I dont think it would be in beating Adamek~ I think a win over Dawson would secure that.

 

His already decent resume would l look better

It'll just be one more thing to add to BHop's resume if he wins. THe RJJ-BHop debate will go on regardless. RJJ's win over BHop is still pretty big.

But if Hopkins loses ... it will hurt his legacy.

Hopkins beating ADamek would be a bigger accomplishment than Roy beating Ruiz IMO

 

The question I want to ask is why doesn't Chad Dawson face Glen Johnson? I believe Johnson clearly won that fight.

 

re legacy I think the Pavlik win was better than the Ruiz win as Pavlik was the true MW champ. h2h RJJ all day, legacy Bhop > RJJ

 

I think his resume all ready looks better then Roy's. I wish Roy would of beat Joe C so we could of had a rematch between the B Hop and Jones. Would have been great ****.

 

B-Hop has already surpassed Roy IMO! I mean come on...his resume speaks for itself.
