If Hopkins beats Adamek this year, will he be your p4p#1?

adamek is good and is on a good string of wins but imo, beating hatton at 140 would put pac really ahead of jmm and hopkins. the factor worth considering for hopkins is his age which would probably get him some votes and the manner of victory. if he puts another pavlik-like performance, then he definitley is worth considering. of course not if pac puts an outstanding performance also against hatton who is undefeated at the weight.

Pac stayes ahead of him even if he loses IMO (it'd be like Hopkins loseing to Tyson)
    Marquez is also better IMO
Mayweather comes back he's also above Hopkins.

If Pac and Hop both win then I will have Pac at 1, Ex at 2, and Marquez at 3.

If B-Hop were to defeat Ademik, it would no doubt be an astonishing accomplishment deserving of much praise and glory. However I think Pac's status as the current p4p best, considering what he has accomplished to gain this status, can only be surrenderred by Pac in defeat and cannot be surpassed by another fighter's accomplishments unless that fighter were to defeat Pac himself. Pac's extensive resume will only be strenghten if he is to defeat Hatton further distancing himself of such a possiblity imho.

Adamek a guy beaten by Dawson, yet no one cares yet we are supposed to make BHop #1 for beating him. This comes fom all the Calzaghe fans who want to claim their man by way of BHop. Thats all it is a smoke screen.

Yes. Arguably beats Calzaghe. Goes on to wreck Pavlik. If he beats Adamek... he is most definitely the top for me.

Yet Dawson squeaked past Johnson (losing on my card), a guy Hopkins knocked out. Also, Adamek was having trouble making 175lbs at the point that he lost to Dawson. Hopkins beating Adamek at Cruiserweight would be more significant than Dawson beating Adamek at Light Heavyweight.

I think Bernard will beat Adamek handily.

Actually although Adamek is indeed cruserweight champ he is not in my top20 p4p

He's already my #1 which I take a lot criticism for so of course he's #1 if he beats Adamek (which I believe he will).

It would be legendary and certainly add more to Hopkins hall of fame career as one of the best fighters to ever enter a boxing ring.

Think about Bernard's resume since turning 40 yrs old. Taylor twice, Tarver, Wright, Calzaghe and Pavlik. He has not been beaten convincingly by any of them and many think he won 2 of the 3 he officially lost. His resume since 40 yrs and after is better than most fighters whole career resume. Some people may not like him, but that should not cloud their judgement of how great this man is. Add beating Adamek to that list and just think about what the man's done.
