If Hopkins beats Kovalev I will rank him above Calzaghe in ATG status

Wait! There are people that rate Joe Calslappy as an all time great nvm above hopkins He lost his biggest fight and fought nobody! His resume gets worse over time!

 

I rate Calzaghe's SMW run over Hopkins' MW run.

 

Bernard Hopkins LEGITIMATELY lost only 2 fights. Jones jr & Chad Dawson. The Calzaghe result & both Taylor fights were political decisions . Bernard refuses to be a yes man he marches to his own drummer He NEVER gets any decision that's anywhere close .
Who is Bernard's own referee??? I agree Floyd has Kenny Bayless to take Joe Cortez place but which ref ever showed bias toward Bernard??

As for comparing Hopkins & Calzaghe?? There is no comparison. Hopkins is a genuine ATG A real Champion. He is taking on Kovolev , one of the most feared fighters today, at almost 50 yrs old. He is in fantastic physical condition because he has always lived right
Meanwhile Calzaghe ducked a rematch with Bernard & slunk off to retirement. His drug use & alcohol abuse are common knowledge along with the wild side of life with hookers etc . Another of his pastimes was killing innocent little rabbits. They cant fight back can they.
Calzaghe, to use Larry Holmes immortal saying, is not fit to carry Hopkins jockstrap. Just my honest opinion
I wish Bernard all the luck in the world against Kovolev. He has a monumental task ahead of him but I know that like always Bernard will be READY!!!!!!!!!

Calzaghe made BHop cry like a little ***** when he realized the man with the brittle hands was going to knock him out within a few rounds. So he cried to the biased ref,took a few breaks to get his breath back and tried to cheat his way to a decision.
He was lucky that Joe's hands were ****ed or his ass would have been on the floor. Instead he was mounted by Joe,and made his ***** in the ring.

The mounting part you mention sums Calzaghe up. With that childish action , the blatant low slap & no warnings?? Cortez was biased to slappy.
Anyway how is Calzaghe EVER going to KO anyone he cannot throw a legitimate punch.
If his hands were brittle as you say why was he fighting err slapping ??
