I'm probably a million trillion miles off here, but maybe he'd take a Kessler fight? It would be another way to get one over on Calzaghe.

If Hopkins beats Pavlik, I wouldn't be suprised if he moved up to HW and fight Haye or Chagaev

Whe Hopkin's beats Pavlik I think he should hang them up, when Calzaghe beats Jones they should both hang them up, Pavlik should go back down to 160 and try to beat Abraham to prove he's the best MW.

hopkins v jones or hopkins v dawson is the natural fights you would think.

but IMO jones and hopkins will both retire after there next fights if they both lose.

If Hopkins beats Pav and he still wants to fight on, I wanna' see him avenge himself against RJJ and Calzaghe. Brutally. I just think it's time for a change of the guard. Kelly is a worthy successor to the mighty 'Executioner' and Bernard should pass the torch to him with honor and allow Pav to demonstrate the genetic superiority of the current residents of his hemisphere. And yes. I'm drunk. As ****.

Hopkins has been looking to make a legend for himself but he has not found fertile soil to make his word flourish on in Jermain Taylor ( rematch) and Joe Calzaghe and, therefore, it looks reasonable that he tries to repeat it against the guy who beat Taylor ( about whom he said Jermain would beat) and then against a LHWT such as the one that possibily would beat another of his conquerors - Jones over Calzaghe that is - or else it has to be Dawson or... Tarver.

I think Hopkins will beat Pavlik, which makes Calzaghe C.V a little more impressive. I doubt there will be a Hop v Cal II, it was a poor fight and they both strongly dislike each other, so yeah it would be Hopkins v RJJ, I can see that fight being made whatever happens TBO

Calzaghe, who will 0obviously beat Roy, will never rematch him. So probably the winner of tarver-Dawson, assuming that Tarver would take the fight if he were to win.

I'll never understand why so many people have a hate on for Hopkins.
maybe its just cause I feel like I'm learning when i watch his fights (as an amature boxer myself I appreciate his technique) hes actualy one of only a handfull of fighters who I will pay to see on PPV.

Same boat. And the reason they hate is because in their hearts they know he truly has'nt been stopped yet. Top of the mountain type of thing. Everybody wants him to tumble down, and instead he endures. It's funny how badly people are praying that Kelly Pavlik will be the undercurrent of Bernard Hopkins carreer.
